Quack doctor Dr. Yul B. Overbilled  will never say words that can create the image of big expenses such as "exams, x-rays, lab tests" and so on. 

Rather, he will simply say, "Follow me, lets find out what the problem is" without telling you what he is planning to do and how much it will cost you.  

Dr. Overbilled and/or his staff will walk very fast ahead of you to make you keep up with them. Now they are playing follow the leader to create a sense of urgency that is distracting to the patient which keeps their victims minds occupied with the thought of "why are they walking so fast"? 

Plus, the prey won't know in advance why and if the procedures are important and how they will or will not guide treatment. 

At times some procedures may not have any clinical importance, especially if Dr. Overbilled is performing them.
