The Rules
Whipca$h is the fast-paced, action-packed, dice rolling, car chasing game of strategy, luck and even a little revenge that picks up where bumper cars and driver's ed left off. Players attempt to beat the odds by landing their cars on the most lucrative board space available trying to win the game by being the final player who ends up with all the money.
Beginning the Game
- Each player begins with $24,000 (three $5,000 bills, three $2,000 bills, and three $1,000 bills), one car, and one Anti-Fender Bender Card.
- The Pros (Mr. Chasinbucks, Dr. Overbilled, and Mr. Daily) each begin with $24,000 as well.
- Players roll dice for the highest number to determine who will be first, second, etc.
- Players begin with their cars on the "START" space and travel in the direction indicated by the red arrow.
- You may choose to roll one or two dice to attempt to land on the most lucrative space possible in an attempt to make money...not lose it!
- If doubles are rolled, play your turn as you normally would and then roll again.
- Place the deck of cards face down on the center of the board.
When You Land on a Space
- You must always do what is printed on the space that you landed on unless another car is already on the same space.
- If one of the spaces that you land on instruct you to "Roll Dice for $",
simply roll the dice and collect that much money in thousands of dollars.
"Whipcashing™" Other Players
If another players car is already on the space where you landed, that's a "Whipca$h™". Do not do what is printed on the space.
- Pay $15,000 to the player who's car was already on the space if no pros are bankrupt and roll again.
- Collect $5,000 from the player who's car was already on the space if one pro is bankrupt and roll again.
- Collect $15,000 from the player who's car was already on the space if two pros are bankrupt and roll again.
- Collect $25,000 from the player who's car was already on the space if
all three pros are bankrupt and roll again.
Bankrupting the Pros
When you bankrupt a pro, that pro is out of the game. You then "own"
all of that pro's spaces on the board plus his Pit as well, and
you must now collect or pay money accordingly, just as that pro did
before you bankrupted him. If someone bankrupts you, then you are
out of the game and that player "owns" all the spaces and the pit of the
pro that you bankrupted and so on.
The Pits
- The pits are the only places on the board where "Whipca$hing™" is not allowed.
- If you land in a pit, you must escape by rolling an even number.
- If you roll an odd number, you must stay in the pit, pay $1,000 to the
owner of the pit and try again next turn.
Blind Justice Freeway
*These rules apply only on the Blind Justice Freeway.
- Collect $5,000 from each player you pass.
- Collect $10,000 from each player you land on, then put their car in the
pit of your choice.
A Few Last Rules
- Use your Anti-Fender Bender card only once per game.
- If you must pay more then one party, this is their order of payment:
1st - Mr.Daily, 2nd - Mr. Chasinbucks, 3rd - Dr. Overbilled, next the
players in their order of play.
Winning the Game
Victory is achieved by being the last player left after
bankrupting everyone else!
